Community Preservation NewsCommunity Preservation Spring (2011) applications Applicants interested in submitting a CPA application have until Tuesday, March 1, 2011 (3PM) to make their submission at the Planning and Community Development Office - 90 Pond Street. The application and submission details are available on the CPC home page or by clicking here. The Community Preservation Committee reviews all applications in accordance the Community Preservation Act and recommends to the Mayor and Town Council for appropriation.
