The Financial Services Director plans, organizes, directs, and monitors the overall financial activities and programs of the Town. There is direct supervision of both the accounting and MIS functions as well as the responsibility of coordinating the efforts of all the financial departments. The Finance Director manages the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of both the operating and capital budgets by providing professional support to the Finance Committee which makes recommendations to town meeting. The Finance Director makes recommendations and provides financial support to the Board of Selectmen and Executive Secretary.
